PARTICIPATION
How much time does it take?
Optimally, we suggest budgeting 4-5 hours per week: two for class, two more for the thought-provoking worksheets, and potentially one to meet with your buddies. But look at it this way: when you meet someone special, you'll likely want to spend that much weekly time with her, right?
The Roadmap gets you ready for her, and for success and fulfillment in one of the most important areas of life. People often say they wish they'd found this course 20, 30 or even 40 years ago. It would have been a major time saver, as well as heartbreak prevention insurance. But, better now than never!
Will there be anyone else like me?
Academy members have ranged in age from 21-82, with a median age over 50. Women and non-binary people of all races are warmly affirmed. Some are lifelong lesbians; others are newly out. Members come from all over America and Canada, with increasing numbers from Europe, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, South Africa and elsewhere.

TECH REQUIREMENTS
What tech will I need?
We use Zoom, an easy-to-download, easy-to-use app for phone, tablet or computer. However, you'll have a higher quality experience on a computer, since you can see more participants at once. Replays and worksheets are available on our website.

Ruth L. Schwartz, Ph.D.
- Ruth is the author of eight books, including the Amazon bestseller Conscious Lesbian Dating & Love, and is founder and director of the Conscious Girlfriend Academy. Her formal training includes a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and certification as a Somatica Sex & Intimacy Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Applied Shamanism practitioner. She has taught at eight colleges and universities.
