Ruth L. Schwartz, Ph.D., is the author of Conscious Lesbian Dating & Love and founder of the Conscious Girlfriend Academy. Her individual coaching rate is $300/hour, and she has a waitlist but Deep Dive members get her full attention up to 36 times per year, in 90-minute sessions, for a tiny fraction of the 1:1 cost.

Anita: The deep dive after that class was a huge eye and heart opener for me. I am more aware that my journey is always worthy of a gentle touch of compassion… I am more willing to speak my truth to my friends and dates, knowing my vulnerable self is my honest self and if they are gonna judge me negatively … well…. I care way less than I used to.
